Earth Defense Force 2017 defending North American Vitas

Giant bugs will invade your Vita's giant (for a handheld screen) and they will get shot to pieces for doing so. Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable, the PlayStation Vita port of the Xbox 360 B-movie sci-fi shooting game, is coming to North America.

The announcement of the localized release coincides with today's release of the Japanese version. There's currently no release window for EDF 2017 portable stateside. D3 Publisher didn't include that information, but did chant "EDF! EDF!" a few times.
